Workshop Overview

Explore the deep connections that exist between leadership, change, creativity and innovation. Through practical application of a widely regarded creative change model as well as highly interactive small group discussions and peer learning opportunities, participants will identify and develop core skills for innovation and impact.

Why Take This Workshop

Recognize how and why managing for innovation is different from managing for productivity. Identify strengths and development areas for creativity and innovation capabilities. Understand the impact that leaders have in establishing the climate and culture needed for creative innovation.

How You Learn

This program will consist of unique stages of learning like assessing innovation and influencing preferences, virtual classes that cover creative leadership, deliberate creativity, interplay of creative leadership, innovation processes, managing innovation dilemmas, and group coaching.
