Monthly Mentor Meetings
Overview
During STRIPES, CEO and Founder, Lisa Rafter, and Executive Director, Susan Campbell, will lead monthly group wide sessions for STRIPES Mentors. Monthly sessions will be interactive and focus on the following:
What’s working/What’s not?
Are Mentors/Mentees able to follow the Mentor/Mentee Program Guidelines?
Are individual monthly meetings with Mentees occurring regularly?
Are monthly meetings with Mentees productive?
Are Leadership Development Plans being reviewed for benchmarking against goals/objectives?
What additional support can STRIPES leadership provide to support the Mentor/Mentee Program?
