Working Cohort Groups
Overview
During STRIPES, participants will be organized into smaller groups to work independently of Mentors, Managers and STRIPES leadership. Groups will be reshuffled during STRIPES to stimulate thinking, provide perspectives and allow for intimate yet broad exposure to STRIPES participants. Sessions will be unstructured thereby creating opportunity for leaders to emerge and change positions/roles while working on issues, celebrating breakthrough outcomes and supporting one another on the journey of becoming a STRIPES Leader.
