  • In Partnership with Gap International

    The BLSA is a tool for leaders to assess their own level of leadership. Leaders complete a brief survey and receive immediate feedback on their areas of strength and weakness in four key elements of Breakthrough Leadership. This allows leaders to focus on critical areas to increase their effectiveness and capabilities in leading breakthrough initiatives and growth.

  • In Partnership with Gap International

    The 3 Day Breakthrough Intensive program instills the practices of breakthrough thinking, dispelling existing frames of thinking from the past, and removing barriers to producing unprecedented results. Participants examine their current perspectives, and bring new thinking to their leadership, relationships, and ways of working. Participants design a new future and create tangible action plans to realize that future.

  • The Breakthrough Reflections Sessions occur bi-monthly and involve participant interaction with a focus on the Breakthrough Leadership Self-Assessment and 3 Day Breakthrough Intensive Program. The purpose of these sessions is to ensure this work is relevant, fresh and integrates with the comprehensive components of STRIPES.

  • STRIPES 360 Assessment is designed to evaluate the participants’ performance with regard to the Program's core outcomes: to inspire change and transformation, foster bold thinking, embrace open heart leadership, create fellowship, and make a difference. The assessment provides insight from the perspective of our participants’ peers, colleagues, managers, leadership and more.

  • A series of carefully curated Talks offers insight on a wide variety of critical industry topics. These Master Talks are led by instructors who are industry leaders with unique experiences, stories and perspectives.

  • The 3-4 part Master Workshops are delivered by recognized industry leaders and best-in-class leadership experts. Master Workshops are constructed to include in-depth work, assignments, business scenarios and interaction.

  • Program Coaching provides participants with the opportunity to work one on one with a member of STRIPES Leadership who is steeped in STRIPES Outcomes as well as Program components — each component individually and as a powerful, collective whole.

  • STRIPES Mentor/Mentee Program is designed to integrate all aspects of the STRIPES curriculum. This includes discussions around Program components, and benchmarking against established personal and professional goals, and development plans.

  • STRIPES leadership hold one-on-one mentor meetings to obtain feedback, provide support, and hold accountability for mentor-mentee relationships.

  • Throughout STRIPES, participants are divided into small working groups. Groups will rotate every other month to provide the opportunity to interact and network with other STRIPES participants in a self-directed small group format.

  • STRIPES Development Plans are created by and for the participant to establish accountability during and after the Program. Participants build out their STRIPES Development Plans and establish goals and time frames with respect to identified areas of concentration.

  • STRIPES Induction Ceremony celebrates each participant becoming a STRIPES Leader. This event will be attended by STRIPES participants, Gap International leaders, STRIPES Executive Team, Master Talk and Master Workshop leaders, Mentors, Managers, and prospective participants for future STRIPES Programs.
